Dre Baldwin Ball Handling Drills Pt 2; NBA Dribbling Drills

http://www.DreAllDay.com These are some circuits I go thru to keep my handle sharp. Of course, there are thousands of drills you can do for your handle. Any player, no matter what size, age or skill level, needs to be able to handle the ball. So, anyone can do these to improve their skills; and keep doing them after your handles develop- those skills will disappear if you’re not practicing!!

your shot may be off for a few minutes afterwards but it’s just like if you had lifted weights. the Heavy Ball works well for me.

Yo man. I think I may have played against you a couple years back in the King of the Courts in Miami. You nice. In any case, do you find that after doing heavy ball sessions that you’re jumpshot is a little long, or hard to guage. I know it’s about 3 pounds. I’ve been using a 6 pound medicine ball on my weak hand, and totally avoiding using it on my shooting hand for that reason alone. How effective is that 3 pound heavy ball?

practice it on your won and become beter at it.

hey..one question. what should i do when my coach tells me not to shoot from an area because he thinks im not good there? i shoot from that area at least 45 mins before practice and knowing that he’s watching gets me nervous and then im not gonna make the shot when i shoot it…what should i do?
